Digital delivery and downloads

No physical shipping

All products sold in this shop are digital products, primarily downloadable PrestaShop modules. Nothing is shipped by post or parcel service and no shipping charges apply.

How your purchase is delivered

After we accept your order and payment has been confirmed, the purchased file is made available digitally, normally in your customer account or through a download link. We also send an order confirmation to the email address used during checkout.

Please keep your account credentials and downloaded files secure. Download access may be restricted to the purchasing account and may be limited for security reasons.

Before installing a module

Check the PrestaShop and PHP compatibility, required shop licence count, support period and update period stated on the relevant product page. Before installing a module, create a complete backup of your files and database and test it in a staging environment where possible.

Download problems

If a file or download link is unavailable, contact info@waldbyte.de and include your order reference and purchasing email address. We will verify the order and restore authorised access where appropriate.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Special rules apply when digital content is supplied immediately. Please read our right of withdrawal before ordering.
